Scope and seller

These terms are intended for business purchases of TRAKVON equipment. The quotation and order confirmation identify the legal seller, buyer, equipment and agreed commercial conditions. TRAKVON is the export brand operated by Shandong Juxing Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd.; the contracting seller must be identified in the order documents.

Quotations and order confirmation

A website inquiry does not place an order. The written quotation sets out the offered configuration, quantity, price, currency, validity and delivery basis. An order proceeds after written confirmation of the agreed terms and receipt of any payment required to start the agreed work. Changes to specifications, quantity or destination require written agreement, including any price or timing adjustment.

Specifications and documents

The order specification identifies the model, engine or drive configuration, options, packing and agreed documents. Product photographs and videos illustrate the range; the written order identifies the equipment to be supplied. A substitution affecting the agreed specification requires the buyer's written approval before supply. Destination-specific document requirements should be agreed before the order is confirmed.

Payment and payment security

The quotation or order confirmation states the payment method, beneficiary, currency and payment milestones. Payment details must correspond to the agreed seller or a collection arrangement expressly identified in the order documents. Buyers should verify changed payment instructions through an established contact before transferring funds. The website does not accept online card payments.

Production and delivery estimates

Production, dispatch and transit estimates are stated separately in the quotation or order confirmation. A proposed delivery schedule is based on the agreed specification, required payment and any approvals needed from the buyer. If a material delay becomes known, the seller will inform the buyer and discuss an updated schedule or other agreed solution. A change in schedule does not by itself replace any rights or remedies under the sales contract or applicable law.

Shipping, insurance and import responsibilities

Each shipment must specify the selected Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place or port. The order documents identify included freight and insurance, export and import responsibilities, and any destination charges excluded from the quoted price. Risk transfers according to the selected rule; payment and transfer of ownership are separate matters to be stated in the sales contract. Delivery arrangements do not imply that every model is approved for every destination.

Receipt and reported problems

The buyer should inspect the packaging and delivered equipment as soon as reasonably practicable. Visible transport damage should be photographed and recorded with the carrier where possible. Claims should include the order reference, model or serial number, description, and supporting photographs or video. Reporting a problem starts a review; it does not require the buyer to return heavy equipment before a return or repair arrangement is agreed.

Cancellation before shipment

A buyer requesting cancellation should contact the seller in writing promptly. If no order-specific procurement, production or other non-recoverable work has begun, the seller will refund the amount received, subject to any separately agreed transaction charges. If such work has begun, the parties will review the order status and documented, reasonable, non-recoverable costs before agreeing the refundable balance. Any deduction must be itemised; it is not an automatic forfeiture of the full deposit. This cancellation mechanism does not limit remedies where the seller is responsible for non-performance.

Returns, non-conforming goods and refunds

Returns for reasons unrelated to a confirmed defect or non-conformity require written agreement on eligibility, equipment condition, transport and any reasonable costs before shipment. For confirmed incorrect or non-conforming supply, the parties will agree an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, replacement or refund, with the related transport and cost allocation set out in writing. Where a practical local remedy is agreed, returning the entire machine is not automatically required. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

An agreed refund will be made to the original payer through the original payment route where reasonably possible, after the amount and any agreed return conditions are settled. The refund timing will be recorded in the settlement confirmation; bank processing time may be additional.

Warranty and support

The written order states the warranty duration, covered components, exclusions, claim procedure, and responsibility for parts, labour and transport. Support arrangements must reflect the selected equipment and destination. Warranty processing is separate from any remedy for an incorrect delivery or other breach of the order.

Contract documents and disputes

Agreed order-specific terms take precedence over this general website summary where permitted by applicable law. Governing law, dispute resolution, and any agreed treatment of the CISG belong in the sales contract and must not be inferred from an Incoterm. Contact sales@slopemotive.com to raise an order issue and seek an agreed resolution.
