Buyer guide · Supplier due diligence
Before committing to an unfamiliar supplier, match the registered seller, manufacturing site, exact mower configuration and written offer. Use the checks below to identify missing evidence before payment.
Registered company name, business address, export entity and authorized sales contact.
Factory identity, production scope, inspection process, traceability and current certificates for the quoted model.
Warranty provider, technical-support channel, spare-parts source and destination-market service coverage.
Treat supplier checks as a document-by-document comparison. A website, product photo or certificate image alone does not establish who will sell the machine, what configuration is included, or which support terms apply.
Record the registered name and business address of the company issuing the quotation and contract. Ask whether it is the manufacturer, exporter or authorized seller, and request written confirmation of any relationship between these parties. Check the company through the relevant official business registry or a qualified local due-diligence source.
Ask for the official export model, configuration, current datasheet and operator manual. Compare model names and revision dates across the quotation, machine label, manuals, test reports and any certificates. Ask the supplier to explain every mismatch before comparing prices.
For a slope, range or cutting claim, ask for the model, setup, test method and conditions. For a certificate, record its issuer, holder, product or model scope, standard, destination market and validity. Confirm requirements with the relevant authority or a qualified compliance professional; a document for a different model may not apply.
Keep model and options, quantity, currency, quote validity, named delivery term and place, packing, freight assumptions, documents, lead time, warranty provider, spare-parts responsibility and exclusions together. Mark missing terms as unconfirmed rather than assuming they are included.
Check that the beneficiary is consistent with the contracted seller, or obtain and verify a documented explanation for any difference. Treat last-minute bank or account changes as a separate verification event. Confirm them through a contact channel already known to be genuine, not by replying to the message that announced the change.
Depending on order value and risk, consider a live demonstration, reference checks, a site visit or an independent pre-shipment inspection. Agree in writing what will be checked, by whom and at which stage; do not treat a video call as proof of every production or performance claim.
Start with the seller identity, written manufacturer or exporter relationship, official model and configuration, current datasheet and manual, applicable test reports and certificates, itemized quotation, packing information, warranty terms and spare-parts responsibility. Ask which model and revision each document covers.
Ask for the registered seller name, production-site address and a clear written description of who manufactures, exports and supports the machine. Verify the identities independently using relevant official records or qualified local sources. A product photo or the word manufacturer on a webpage is not enough by itself.
Pause the payment and verify the change through a previously established, independently verified contact channel. The FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center recommends using secondary channels to verify account-change requests; do not rely solely on the email thread that carried the change.

Equipment scope
The current catalog focuses on remote-operated mower configurations. Product photos and videos are available, but official export model identities and specifications still require confirmation.
Official model names, compatibility, specifications, brand authorization and export availability should be tied to current documents from the manufacturer.

Request the approved company profile, factory details, certificates and support terms for the supplier and destination market.
